Dear Future is written and illustrated by Abi Jones, with the help of an iPad and a glass of wine. Okay, two glasses of wine.
The comics here are first sketched on paper, then illustrated in Adobe Layers for the iPad. Post-image work and text are added via Photoshop or Pixelmator.
The fonts on this site are Georgia and Helvetica. Starting at comic #70 I started using a font made from my own handwriting. I call it Dear Future.
The comic is self-hosted using Wordpress as a CMS and the base theme of Cleanr adapted for use as a comics-friendly interface. If you see a need for a technological improvement, let me know!
